This policy explains what the Stride app collects, why, and what control you have. Stride is made by Philosophical Pivot in Dubai, UAE.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and profile photo if you add one.
- Health and activity data you allow: steps, sleep, exercise minutes and heart rate, read from Google Health Connect on Android (or Apple Health on iPhone) only after you give permission.
- What you log: meals, meal photos, workouts and notes.
- Messages to the STRIDE AI coach: the text or voice questions you ask.
- Company challenges: if you join a company leaderboard, your display name and activity totals are shown to other members of that same company.
How we use it
- To show your progress and give you estimates and coaching inside the app.
- To run the challenges you choose to join.
- To fix problems and keep the app secure.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Stride stores data with a cloud database provider and sends meal photos and coach questions to AI service providers to produce estimates and answers. [LIST OF PROVIDERS TO CONFIRM BEFORE LAUNCH]
