Trim messy spaces from a whole columnاحذف المسافات الزائدة من عمود كامل

If you copy data from another system or a website, it often comes with extra spaces at the start or end, or hidden characters you can't see.

The result? Your VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP says "not found" even though the name is right there.

The fix:

  1. In a new column, type =TRIM(CLEAN(A2))
  2. Drag it down to the end of your data.
  3. Copy the new column and paste it back over the original as values only.

CLEAN removes the hidden characters and TRIM removes the extra spaces.

إذا نسخت بيانات من نظام آخر أو من موقع، غالباً بتلاقي مسافات زائدة في البداية أو النهاية، أو رموز مخفية ما تنشاف.

النتيجة؟ دالة VLOOKUP أو XLOOKUP ترجع لك خطأ مع إن الاسم موجود قدامك.

الحل:

  1. في عمود جديد اكتب =TRIM(CLEAN(A2))
  2. اسحب المعادلة لآخر العمود.
  3. انسخ العمود الجديد والصقه كقيم فقط فوق العمود الأصلي.

CLEAN تشيل الرموز المخفية، وTRIM تشيل المسافات الزائدة.
