Most bad answers from AI tools come from a vague question.

Try this order:

1. Role: "You are a data analyst who is great at Excel."
2. Goal: "I need a formula that totals sales for each month."
3. Example: "My data looks like this: date in column A, amount in column B."

The more detail you give, the better the answer. And always check the answer before you rely on it.
